At 5pm, we had our dinner at Chicken Hartz. RM18.75 per person. Eat all you can. It's not really that impressive compare to Kuching's Hartz. After dinner, we headed back to the hotel, watched the DVD that i bought. "Maid of Honor". At around 10.30pm, few cars with Malaysian's flags all over drove around Bintulu town from ParkCity hotel. It was Merdeka's Eve anyway. Dad received a phone call from the hotel receptionist saying that he has a parcel and will be sent over to the room. We were wondering who sent the parcel b/c no one knew we were staying at that hotel. Dad got the door when the parcel arrived. It was a surprised birthday cake for my dad. Few Ladies were singing B'day song with the birthday cake. The cake was superb. Cheese cake i guess. The rest of the night was great. Didnt get to go to Church the next day. No clothes to wear. :D We dropped by Farley for breakfast and did some shopping and left Bintulu at 11am. Reached Miri at 2pm and went for evening service that evening.

Daddy turns 56!!
This year, we celebrated dad's birthday in Bintulu. A very interesting trip I may say. So we depart Miri on Saturday (Aug 30th), at around 10am. Stopped over at Ming Cafe for breakfast. I didnt really have the mood to eat that morning due to the sore throat and fever i had the day before. So mom decided to bring me to Columbia Asia Medical Centre after breakfast. The journey took us two and a half hours and our plan was to drive back at 4.30pm on the same day.
Our first destination was the New World Mall. I believe that is the newest mall in Bintulu. It's not that bad. 2 stories building and the New World Suite just next to it. So dad had this crazy idea of staying overnight in Bintulu. Everyone was like "WHAT?" You can imagine the look on my mom's face. lol.. that was hilarious. We didnt even bring anything except for few bottles of avian. We bought few things from the store. Clothes (undergarment), toothpaste, junk food and some DVDs.
Then we checked in into ParkCity Everly Hotel, not really far from New World Mall. Dad got us executive room. *grin*
