Congratulation Amy & Boon Chuan!!

September 13th, 2008 is a special date for both Amy and Boon Chuan. It was their wedding day. Relatives and friends from Singapore, UK, Kuala Lumpur, Australia and Miri gathered together to witness the Sacrement of Holy Matrimony between Amy & Boon Chuan. The whole troop from Miri arrived Kuching on Friday except for my parents. They were there on Tuesday. It was fun to have all the cousins, gathered together again after a long break. Except for Rojo, Anna and Frederick and family. We had our family reunion dinner on Friday night at Chai Seafood, Uncle Jefferey's favourite spot and head straight home to continue the drinking session.

Amy had to wake up at 3am to get ready. Photographer and the make-up stylists came at 4.30am and they had to rush to another bride's house at 6am. According to her, there will be 3 weddings on Saturday and 5 on Sunday.

At 8am, the bridegroom, Boon Chuan came to the bride's house to pick her up to bring her to their own house. It wasnt that easy for him to enter the house. Amy's friends had prepared something for him before he enters. Boon Chuan was being asked to eat raw bitter goat, buns with wasabi and coffee with vinegar. It has hilarious watching them eating all those stuff. It was lucky for him that his friends helped him out. hehehe... After 20 mins of waiting, he finally enters in.

Amy and Boon Chuan was from the same high school, university at Australia and same working place. That is what you call fate! :D I was a little trashed that night.
