I hope it's not too late to wish all of you a Blessed Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2009. This year Christmas is indeed a memorable and a fun one. Uncle Bob, Aunty Betty, Barry, Eena (Barry's gf), Benny and Bryan came all the way from KL to spend Christmas with us here after not meeting them for the past 5 years. Yeah... they are the "B" family. Not forgetting Beverly, Nick and Becca who are in Denmark. Brought them all around Miri City. Petroleum Museum, Tanjung Lobang, Esplanade, Curtin, Miri City Fan, Taman Gantung, Gua longhouse. Ben misses the taste of sarawak laksa and Barry carved for his favourite nagalia nasi lemak. We had laksa quite number of times for breakfast. haha.. and we even played badminton for the whole afternoon at KRP. I had arm-ache the next day for about 2 days. lol.
Christmas's Eve Service went well. The English Choir did a 30 mins singing performance and the teenz did a short drama. Surprisingly, there were only 3 choirs excluding Diana and myself attended the morning Christmas Day service. We had our open house on the first day of Christmas. Family and friends came starting from 10.30am right till 4pm. Continously! It was tiring but I had lots of fun. This Christmas, i had a bag, adidas shoes, key chains, money, necklace and lovely cards from my lovely friends. Christmas is not only about gifts, santa clause, christmas tree, food but it's about celebrating the life of Jesus Christ. To me, having my family, cousins, aunties and uncles celebrating Christmas together is best Christmas present i ever had. This Christmas is the best Christmas i had so far.
